I was wondering if anyone was having the same problem that I am having. I noticed that when I take my steroids, I get real bloated...does anyone else have this problem and if you do, what do you do for it? Thanks

Could also have to do with your diet. How clean are you eating? Wht are your stats?

It is hard on a body trying to digest 4 lbs of meat and 2 lbs of starches a day. Bloat and gas. My special taco salad I make enough of for 2 cups every d for a week. Ground beef brown rice cheese and kidney beans. Yes I bloat.
