Anyone know about injecting in bicepts? What size point and what can go into them to make them grow. I used Winny in my traps and it worked like crazy, but can I do the same for my bicepts?

I use a 23 g 1 inch pin all the way in.

winny yes, sus yes... however both may cause a lot of inflammation and be very uncomfy... best to stick with short ester stuf like tren and prop because at least it breaks down quick... sus in the bi's scares the crap out of me.Originally posted by possum011

oh and if it were me i would go with a 1 inch 25 g needle for the inject... less scar tissue.

Man, maybe its just me but I haven't noticed any gains from spot injecting. Also I had a horrible time when I shot into my biceps, but eveyones different. And hey its just my opinion. Good luck

Shot 75 mg of prop into right bicep. and 50 mg of Winny inot right tricep, talk about uncomfortable, but my arm looks f**king huge, for now.

you can put anything in your bi's use a small pin.
