i have problem understanding this!!
hello guys
now if a person whose has never done a cycle before does a bulking cycle, a dirty bulk, he is gonna gain a lot of muscle and fat, after this he is gonna cut his bodyfat which he gained during his bulking cycle right? now i have hard time understanding how do u bulk again after u have cut without gainig bodyfat, like how do these bodybuilders prepare for a bodybuilding contest, ripped and being big both??

Doing a "dirty bulk" is for people who are too lazy to take the time put together a good diet. Why not do a clean bulk?

ya i agree, that's besides, but how to gain the mass of competitive bodybuilder, without gaining fat , maybe a little , but on stage they will be huge, ripped and cut??

they all look really huge on stage, cos they do this for a living, and they have to look their best. but off season, they could be 30lbs heavier and actually even bigger than what you see on stage. everyone cuts before a show to get the ripped and cut look.

How? Clean bulk. It would be much easier to clean bulk and stay fairly ripped than put on a ton of fat and then have to work hard to strip it all off. Just take some time to make yourself a great diet and stick to it. I made myself one and I'm starting it as soon as I start uni again (in under two weeks) so I can measure my progress much better.

ok thanks sharmabrah that's the answer i was looking forward to, so once u cut to shreds, u do a clean bulking diet and get huge right?

or--Lee Priest is the best example always used. google what he looks like both off season and in season.
i was told the purpose of a bulk, weather dirty or clean is to gain mass. bulk=increase in overall size.
you cut, to eliminate the fat, excess fat,
and stack sups with a good diet, to bring out def and shape and size.
doing this process over and over and how you make true gains. and keep size/mass.
when you cut, your tightening things up. tone define etc. no matter how your size is, when you cut (and have a solid foundation) your muscle appear to bulge or look bigger.
make sense?

I beleve it works like this, I could be wrong tho..
If you just gained the muscle mass, it is more likely to go away. If you cut right after a bulk a good amount of what you gained is going to leave with the fat, unless you are trainging hard and eating lean and with tons of protein. If you did not have the ability to conquer the diet for the bulk, how are you going to do it when you cut??
One of the hardest things to do in life is learn to cut fat and eat lean. Ask a fat person..

@ jpowell i i have seen lee priest in off season, he is a different guy altogether lol , ya i now i am understanding, so first u bulk weather dirty or clean and gain mass, and then u cut ( during cutting is it due to medicine or gear the fat burns off quick or just diet, and cardio? or will gear help increase fat loss) after this u do a clean bulk and increase ur size keeping most of ur definition?
one more thing, so once u cut and use sups to shape, def and size, after this should u follow a clean diet and continue doing multiple cycles in order to get huge?
@ roadtohuge i guess u don't need to conquer a ability to diet if ur dirty bulking, but if ur bulking clean , u have to, but i understand ur point, without eating lean protein if u cut ur gonna loose all the muscle off..
basically i am looking forward to have physique like jouka ahola, the strong man, ripped, huge strong and fast?
