Calories
I am having trouble getting enough an appetite to eat enough calories.
How can I increase my appetite?
I can not afford weight gainer right now.
I weigh 182 lbs.
25 yrs old
500ml prop a week

What does your current diet look like? How long is your cycle and what are your goals? Are you taking anything that might suppress your appetite?

1 - 250mg test e 170lbs
2 - 250mg test e 172lbs
3 - 250mg test e 173lbs
4 - 250mg test e 178lbs
5 - 250mg susta 180lbs
6 - 250mg susta 181lbs
7 - 250mg susta + 250mg test prop 183lbs.
I'm going to be using 500mg of prop for the rest of the cycle.
I smoke recreational green 2 - 3 times a day, this may suppress my appetite.
I take 3 protein shakes with milk and half a cup of oats.
In between shakes I eat mostly chicken breast sandwiches and drink alot of soda.
I am not eating clean right now so I will eat fast food every 2 or 3 days and a lot of frozen food.
Sometimes I eat a peanut butter sandwich with my shakes.
I also take flax seed and multivitamins.

That is unacceptable for a "diet." How does "recreational green" suppress your appetite? Go to the diet section and read the stickies and put together a diet that matches your goals. You have to fix that diet.
How tall are you?
What's with the change in compounds? How many more weeks are you planning on running that? Do you have pct?

I eat substantially more then that while cutting, in fact you dont eat at all, a couple sandwiches and couple shakes with handful of oats is nothing, I prob ate more then that before I even started training

Mate,
I'm going to be very honest with you, ok? Since you are a man, i'm hoping you will take this in the spirit in which it was given.
Why are you using steroids ? Personally, I don't have a clue. Any gains you make while taking testosterone will diminish almost right away post cycle. Why? Look at your diet. Your diet will not support any additional gains.
To be honest, your diet is a total disaster. First you are 100% of the time NOT SOBER. (You get stoned 3x a day, right?). Your diet is a zero, and then you think taking steroids will change your physique?
Decision time. If you are serious abouut this life we live, then it's time to grow up and leave the bullshit behind. I'm talking about the weed and all the jjunk food. If that aspect of your life is too important right now, then I'd absolutely recommend stopping steroids now an begin pct. But you cannot seriously do both. Either one or the other.

No more smoking I have a job interview this week for a real good job.
I just graduated college and I planned on quitting at this time before deciding to use AAS.
I usually depend on weight gainer and protein to get the calories I dont eat in a day.
Would that work ?

It's not just the weed. It's literally everything that you are putting in your body right now. You have no plan and that is scary. No weight gainer. What do you plan to do when your cycle ends? PCT?

Kinda sorta, smoking w*^d should actually help your appetite, yet I believe it hinders gains in other ways. 2-3x per day? How do you lift? Some people actually function better while smoked, but most do not.
As far as the other issue of not eating enough. That's just plain out crap. How do you decide to juice and not have your diet at a point of doing what you want it to do?
If you want to get bigger just like most people on here, you will have to force feed yourself and hard. I hate eating this much, but I know what I want and I know what it takes to get there.
Your choice, that's just life man.

(And during my day, back in the early 70's, I went through more than my share of the green)
No dishonor in asking an honest question.
It will take a month for the THC to not be detectible, so hopefully you knew that when you quit and gave yourself plenty of time to purge.
Regarding appetite, most of us eat even though not hungry. Just accept it......

when you say "would that work" really depends on your goals.
i hesitate in saying this, because usually people that are on aas have their diets and exercise routines dialed in, which obviously you do not. You jumped the gun and really should not be on steroids .
so are you saying that you have an inadequate diet and can you make up for it with weight gainer and protein to get the calories you need?
how do you know how many calories you need? have you ever calculated this? do you know your tdee? have you broken your diet out per meal by macros and by daily total?
I'm hoping my asking these questions that you seem to have not thought about will get you to pause and rethink your taking aas.
putting drugs into your body is not to be taken lightly.
do you know anything about PCT?

I never said I wouldnt quit smoking or eating incorrectly. I asked how and what to change.
To be honest I trusted someone who said they "knew" what they were doing and described something that took way less discipline. I have seen gains before and am temporarily on this diet with no weight gainer but I dont see how eating chicken breast 2-3 times a day is zero diet? Isnt that better then eating chips and french fries? I only eat frozen or fast food when I can not get my hands on good quality food at work, school, vacation etc...Before starting AAS I lost 8% bodyfat while increasing my bench by 30lbs. that isnt alot but it is some improvement so I know that my discipline to not eat fast food or junk is not a problem I just thought I needed all the calories I can get while on a bulking AAS cycle.
I made a mistake jumping into this and I understand that now but I can still benefit from your advice if you guys help me get pointed towards the right direction.
I'm sure some of you started before knowing everything there is to know so just help me out. I want to have a real diet and improve my lifestyle in every way so I am willing to take all of the advice you have.

eat, smoke, sleep - that right there got me 20+ pounds of muscle
Take away the smoke = even better.

I need at least 3500 calories according to a few calculators (caloriecounter.com). I do not know my tdee?

I know about PCT from the stickies in here and was planning on running liquid clomi from ar-r . I am not sure on the dosages but was going to post a thread on that.
I will try to explain what I think I know..... PCT = Post cycle treatment that is meant to help your body recover from not producing its own testosterone . When you finish your cycle your body is producing or has a more then norm amount of estrogen to testosterone ratio until your body starts producing its own test. Not using a PCT will allow this imbalance to last a very long time and create side effects causing you to also lose gains. Clomid will help your body recover to its natural production levels and keep side effects and gain losses to a minimum.

go here and learn about TDEE. this will tell you approximately how many calories per day you need to maintain your weight. to gain weight, I'd recommend at least 500 cals/day above tdee.

now go here and post a sample diet listing the macros per meal and the macros per day. include what your approximate TDEE is. if you want to gain, make sure your total caloric intake is 500+ cals/day greater than tdee. if you want to cut, then minimum 500+ cals/day less than tdee.

your diet is the single most overlooked area in this arena. getting that right will bring you slow, but solid gains. there are knowledgeable membbers in this subforum that will critique your diet, offering their opinions on how to impprove.

Time to get clean....
This wont be easy but I have plenty of learning and eating to do to keep my hands full for right now.
I wonder if my workouts are just as bad.. I do push pull split like
Chest/ Tricep
Rest
Legs
Rest
Back/ Bicep
Rest Repeat
I use almost exclusively compound workouts from 5-8 reps sometimes one set of 12 on bench press.
I have been using 5x5 on the bench and it has worked amazingly well for my strength but because my diet was so bad I havent had any major size gains.

My shoulders are on my chest / tricep day I do maybe 5 sets though because I am lifting so heavy (5 reps) on my bench my shoulders are usually well spent by then. They feel like they get the most of the workout on chest/tricep day.
