do you guys split your orals our take them all at one i.e anavar

split--half life is what matters.
wen i did my wen, id take 25mg in morn, 25mg with dinner, total of 50 mg for the day.

I know it's good for 4-6hours. Therefore, i keep a constant level.

Very temporary though....

so are there any thoughts on taking them all at once? I took 50mg today all at once this morning I guess ill bump my doseage to 60 mg and take 30mg at 8 am before my workout and the other 30mg later in the day around 2pm

I usually split my orals into 2 daily doses.
But sometimes I'll take it all at once.

I have always split. I know lots of guys that dont but I was told to when i first got into the game and wouldnt feel right if i didnt.
