Hello guys this is my first time using this site, and my first time using any type of jucie! I can get my hands on quite a few different injectable and oral steroids which would be recommended for a first cycle?

TESTOSTERONE CYPIONATE
WINSTROL (injectable and tab)
I am looking to pack on some weight I am 5-11 195 14% bmf!
Which would be best for a first time and how much?

I am 23. right now i'm at 4,000 calories a day. protein about 285-300 grams calories about 700-800. I train 5x a wk. cardio 3x a wk in the morning.

hey bro,
youre at 4k cals a day and arent on anything? holy shit......those numbers you posted are definite cycle numbers.
i'd start basic, nothing major, and get a feel for how your body is going to react to the gear.

weeks 1-4 dbol 30mg ed
weeks 1-10 test cyp(or enan) 500mg/week split into 2 shots per week.

clomid 3 weeks after your last injection of cyp, and make sure you have an anti-e on hand(eg:nolva, arimidex) in case you need it.

I mean I've been eating like this for about a yr. now without taking anyting. I was afraid of injecting, wasn't very aware of the oral tabs available. What about the increase in water from the D-bol how can I lose most of that?
I mean I don't want to look too bloated. I have a pretty good frame right now!

if you run arimidex(liquidex) as your anti-e throughout your cycle at a low to moderate dose, the bloat will be minimal.
start at .5mg ed and see what that does for you.

What about Nolvadex instead I can get my hands on that, would that work?

imho,
the nolva isnt as effective but it will work to a point. problem with running nolva throughout your cycle is that it tends to hinder gains. thats why most guys will only run it if they need it, or will run it post cycle instead of clomid.
ive never had a problem with it hurting my gains while on, but everyone is different bro.
