How much gains should i expect to lose after the cycle?
I did a 8 week cycle of test 250mg per 5 days, and dbols 20mg b4 workout, and M1Ts 10mg per day, and im finished, 1 more week till i start my pct. On my cycle i put on 22 pounds, but i know all of these steroids are know to cause water retention, well i stopped the M1ts week 4 and the dbols 2 weeks ago. Also i didnt run any AI, so i guess that would only increase water retention with having alot of estrogen. Its my first real steroid cycle aside from having done a month of M1Ts a few months ago. So i went from about 170 to 190, im sure theres some fat in there im lil bit fatter now but i still have a 6 pack.
So im wondering in the coming month when the steroids clear from my system and im into my PCT, should i expect to lose weight and lose a bit of strengh, or do u guys think i'll keep most of it?

Depends on your diet. Why 8 weeks was it prop? Dbol + M1T= mega liver toxicity. Plus your young.

na it was cypionate , well i aimed for around 200g of protein and around 4000 calories, every day, but not always the best sources, i eat alot fo rice pasta chicken and steak, but thers also alot of pogos tv dinners, frozen pizzas, lemonade lol, it was only 8 weeks cause my soruce sucks and flopped on me he only had 1 bottle of test left.

Should have run it for 10-12 weeks. You should up your cals by 500

Surely trolling? I don't understand why all top posters on here are saying I shouldn't cycle at twenty when I would have a perfect diet and workout routine in place while only drinking water as a liquid and having all the correct supplements whilst on my cycle (PCT etc). When this guy eats absolute dogshit, makes it seem unfair to me.

Yeah but their advice is usually always right bro. I was gonna cycle at the end of the year - I turn twenty one next year in February. Instead, I've created myself my best diet plan that I've ever had and also an awesome workout routine. I know my gains will be the best I've ever had. Tuna, chicken, steak, rice, oats every day for three months - and I'm gonna stick to it. No offence bro, but your diet for your cycle was pretty bad. When I do my first cycle I'd want to have everything in check to minimize the risks associated with it.

No
No one here tells anyone what they can and cant do. We simply advise on what we feel would benefit the person the most nd it is their choice what they do from there with that information

Anywayys thanks for the diet tips, im just a lazy guy in general, i dont even feed my pets my girlfrind does the cooking and i make microwave shit and subway in between, protean sup and weight gainer, ive done a hardcore diet like you mentioned in the past when i was working out naturally but honestly its like you have to dedicate your whole life for 3 months its not easy man
but what about my original question? anyone have an idea?

CYP should be 12 week ideally. That's why you may not have had good results. It is a very ow acting compound and 8 weeks in it would have just barely started to kick in.
However your tv dinner, frozen pizza, and lemonade most likely didn't help. Stay off and hit the diet section. Eat right and train hard.
