Typically PCT but I've known several people who run it concurrent with their cycles midway or towards the end of cycles to try and kick start endogenous T-production although that's never made complete sense to me since any exogenous testosterone should shunt the HPTA pathway and limit endogenous production.

Let's see what other members reccomend.

It's best to be ran WITH cycle since it will keep the boys (balls) working normally. It's not just cosmetic and it will not effect the cycle in a negative way. There seems to be belief it may also help keep your test levels more frequent especially with 2 - 3x a week test injections and keep E2 levels better. Use HCG the day after the test injection.
