Anyway, I have heard some bad things about jacked and it's down to a matter of personal preference I suppose. I've know a few people who have studied human movements and nutrition and what have you and said the ingredients in preworkout supplements are often pointless and even harmful - often depending on the person but you know what I mean. I just don't see the need for pointless substances such as caffeine and whatever else (can't think of them at the moment) going into your body. I see some people on here saying if they go without a preworkout at the start of the day, then they become angry and tired and rude to everyone for the whole day. But if they do take it, they feel really friendly and outgoing. Don't you think that is a bit strange? First signs of becoming dependent on preworkouts and that is definitely not a good thing.
Like I said above, I just take beta alanine and I could take two scoops a day and still be under the normal range of beta alanine intake. However I just take one scoop of beta alanine and one scoop of creatine monohydrate every morning, even on non workout days. Gives you the tingling sensation without doing any harm to you. But yeah, personal preference I guess.
