    7 wks out pre contest

Hey guys wasn't sure if I would be able to get
Clen but just picked some up, I read to drop it the week out since it hinders glycogen absorptions? How would you recommend running it 7 wks out?

If you start you'll be perfect. I use 2 wk on 2 wks off. Star at .20 and run that for 2-3 days and up it by .20 every 2-3 days until you've done it gor 2 weeks then cut it out for 2 wks. Maintain strict diet and up the cardio. I like to do jog/sprints outside or treadmill. 45 min The fat just melts off

Okay at either 6 or 4 weeks out I'm carb cycling, is this fine? What about timing on taking it with meals and lifting ?

I took both first thing in the morn. You don't want to save it for bed time. Didn't effect my diet plan. Just ran with it. I have only done the one show though. So my experience is limited to personal experience. Maybe pm I think it's Fireguy. Look in member pics he's 3 weeks out. Has done many shows.

Shouldn't effect your appetite at all. As cape said. Take it early cyz for me the first few days even at low dose it lasts all day.

What are your stats now and what do you hope to step on stage at?

And yeah Fireguy is one with vast expertise in this area, Marcus, Hankdiesel, Ronnie Rowland and BG are others who spring to mind and may be able to assist you

You seem well on your way,

Only thing about t3 is that it may need to be dropped before the show, I dont know the exact reason or even the correct term but I found it gave me a kind of flat look if that makes sense? and not what you would want on stage, I cant comment on clen up to a show either

You may want to look into sodium manipulation and/or a diuretic, I'm not an expert on these and cant offer any advise on how to efficiently use them but I do know they are common to ''dry out'' for a show

If I was you I would pm any of the names I have listed above with a link and ask if they can give their opinion/adivse

Likely because T3 is eating through glycogen stores like no tomorrow. I found it can really flatten me out big time if I don't watch the cals and carbs carefully.

Not to state the obvious but you have checked and made sure the contest allows clen right? My buddy competes as well as myself and we go to different comps and his has a list 2 miles long of banned product. Clen being one of them.

    Just making sure bro.

Un asked for advise. On your rear poses bring your back leg a little further back and point your toes and knee away from you. Really hunker down and squeeze those quads and glutes. Remember EVERY pose starts with your legs and come up. I say this because you will see guys hitting upper body shots and forget they should be flexing there legs. If you start from the floor up you never forget about your legs. Like I said un asked for advise.

I pose one between sets and 20 min after my workout.
I'll take all the advice I can get.
