hi. i have a question. i know that lower your bf is pre cycle less sides you have and less fat you have to cut post cycle. but what if you 5,10 and 175 lbs with 12-13%bf. and you could drop more weight to reduce BF. would it be wise to go down 170lbs or is it better to go up lets say 180-185lbs with a bit higher bf? what would you do... go up, down or stay at current weight and BF. gol is to put as much lean mass as possible.
