Mate no offence but you really need to do some research. The experienced members on here get tired of people coming on here pretty much asking for a cycle to be made for them and everything sorted for them. Read the stickies in this forum as well as the nutrition forum. Research is your friend and can only yield greater results and benefits and lessen the risks and side effects. Steroids are no magic substance and should not be messed with without proper research and understanding. Just my two cents bro.
I can tell you but you need to learn for yourself. Not trying to be a hardass but you need to do some research prior to cycling.Read beginners cycles hit all the stickys. And post your stats hit the diet section and post your diet.
Thanks guys I will do my research was just looking for some starter pointers to point me in the rite direction.
It's difficult to point someone in the right direction when there is no place to start. You need to form your own understanding of AAS, the consequences, the benefits, diet, training, sleeping, and many other things. Once you have familiarized yourself with everything, post up a diet in the nutrition section with TDEE and macro's and then your proposed cycle in this forum. There are some very knowledgeable people on these forums who are more than happy to help, but you have to put in the time to do some research yourself - it's very important.

He has come a long way from being and under age steroid use advocate.... 2 days ago. I like it
[QUOTE=Capebuffalo;6062366]More than two days ago haha but I get your point. I guess researching and talking to much more experienced people gets you thinking. At least I have opened up my mind and understood the possible consequences instead of being impatient and ignorant like the majority of people my age wanting to cycle.
