Is it better to pin Test prop ED or EOD?
Also, if pinning each day, is it enough to cycle pinning quads and glutes for 4 spot injections or is it better to add another muscle group for 6 spot injections?

I think the only reason to do ED is if EOD puts you over the volume limit of some injection sites.

You should add another muscle group if pinning ED.
i personally would stick with eod and stay at 4 pin spots, but if you do ed then definitely do 6 spots. perhaps delts?
If you do ED injections, you need at least 8 different spots..
Alright, so with test Prop I am able to pin EOD and cycle that to 4 pinning spots?
My BP was more stable the more often I inject. Did a 9 week blast of Prop ED with 5 inj. spots; calves(gastro)/quad(vastusL)glute/delt(side fibers)trap(middle fibers).
if pinning ed add onother muscle group, but personally i would pin eod this will keep levels stable and 4 spot injection all good......btern!
