Ever since I started lifting (two years) Ive had off and on wrist and forearm pain associated with ANY AND ALL bicep excercises. It is exactly like shin splints, but shooting up my forearms and wrists. I am able to keep it under control by using machines where I can grip the bar on my wrists and not my hands, but I tried 21's for the first time in like six months, and it really flared up. Ive even been to two doctors for it like a year ago - they took xrays, mris, and didn't see anything. So...they told me just work through it (which I cant) or dont do excersises that make it hurt (which I dont really, but it always sort of hurts). So...
1) Has anyone else had this problem?
2) If so, how do you correct it?
3) Will my upcoming first cycle make it better or worse if either?
