Do some guys just not have the frame to hold mass?

    Stats -
    age 24
    Weight 180 lbs
    height 5'11
    bf% 10
    years training 6
    Lifting weights -
    Bench 225 * 5 reps
    Curl 100 * 6 reps
    Squat 315 * 5 reps
    Dead 275* 5 reps
Seated military press 145* 5 reps

I was wondering if anyone thinks that some people simply genetically do not have the skeletal frame to hold mass. Personally I have narrow shoulders and wide hips. So with clothes on you pretty much cant tell that I lift, except for a broad chest. I have always been a pretty small dude and my strength is pretty weak. I have been stuck at my current strength and weight since PCT of my last cycle which was spring 2011. If I put on weight now its pretty much all fat, and I can not increase my strength regardless of training and nutrition. So just wondering if anyone thinks their is a simply "your ****ed" category of genetics where it is fairly irrelevant what you do because your always going to be small.

depends on what you consider mass. But no i really dont think that.
i worked out all the time when i was younger. I wrestled and was always in the gym. In high school and college i wrestled at 119 or 125 and really wouldnt have to cut weight. I'm sitting at just under 200 now @ 5'6
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

i dont see anything wrong with you running a cycle. I dont think its your only option to grow.
you say you ran a cycle before, have you ever had blood work to make sure you recovered correctly

no in all honesty I havnt. I know I should. For one I don't have a doctor and secondly I don't know how to go about asking to get my blood tested to check for low test. Most docs I talk too are dicks and say "your only 24 your cant have low test".

lol this seems odd. Unless you just have a massive wide frame or something and you wear thick clothes lol

Make sure your diet is in check. ive been lifting for 3 years and started seeing killer results at the start of year 3 when i changed my whole diet and stuck with a strict 3.5k cal diet that hit my macros.

I used to be the absolute definition of skinny fat, and changing my diet and actually sticking to it consistently is the key. I feel like most people will eat one super healthy meal and feel like their diet is in check all week while looking back fondly of that one super healthy muscleman meal they had on Monday, meanwhile now its Friday and they have been eating burgers and pizza all week. Not that I am saying your diet is that bad, I'm just saying sometimes people give themselves more credit then they deserve for having a super clean muscle building diet. You know you are doing it right when you try to sit down and enjoy a meal at work and you get dragged into a long boring conversation with every girl you work with about health tips and questions about what they can eat to "tone up". That is a good indicator that your diet is tightening up. And don't get me wrong, I still fall short all the time, but it is a never ending work in progress.
