I was wondering if anyone thinks that some people simply genetically do not have the skeletal frame to hold mass. Personally I have narrow shoulders and wide hips. So with clothes on you pretty much cant tell that I lift, except for a broad chest. I have always been a pretty small dude and my strength is pretty weak. I have been stuck at my current strength and weight since PCT of my last cycle which was spring 2011. If I put on weight now its pretty much all fat, and I can not increase my strength regardless of training and nutrition. So just wondering if anyone thinks their is a simply "your ****ed" category of genetics where it is fairly irrelevant what you do because your always going to be small.
