    A Q about sealing vials....

    I was wondering

    If I mix and make my own gear from powder, how do I go about sealing vials, if its even possible.

    Basically

    Does anyone know of a good site that has glassware (empty) and/or info about sealing VIALS at home, since I'd want to make single use vials that I can take with me when travelling. IF not, where do I find the bottles and caps!

    Keep in mind you'll need to sterilize the stuff after it's packed, as well. There's been a few threads on on the topic citing pasturization techniques that will do what needs to be done.

    Thanks, exactly what I was looking for.

    How about some info as to how to seal the empty vials. I'm going to assume that it is some kind of HEAT gun apparatus?

    Any Ideas?

    I don't understand why you wouldnt just take an empty presealed glass vail- remove the stopper- use that to mix your powder, oil, and BA... then filter and inject it into a fresh presealed vial... no crimping that way.

    That would work, but sealed vials cost more, and when you're as out of work as I am....Hate the CA dot.com crash, being a sys admin.....Everything has to be the cheapest!

    But it is a good idea!
