Looking to kick my cut a little bit and throw in a clen cycle, but have never done it at this high of BF.
How much % on top of a normal calorie deficient would i look at losing?

There is no set amount you are guranteed to lose, there is too many variables, dose, lenght of use, cardio, genetics, but if you have everything in check you wil lose b/f but nobody can say for certain how much as it varies from person to person

Thanks DanB, i just know its good for contest prep cutting, just wasnt sure how well it would translate to moderate weight loss.
in my experience it is definately effective, although others dont agree and prefer other methods, give it a go and form your own opinion
any info on clen with asthmatics?
I assume this would work like an inhaler just better?
What is T3?
"Fat loss: The most popular use for Clen, it also increases muscle hardness,
vascularity, strength and size on a caloric deficit. For the most significant
fat loss, Clen can be stacked with T3. Diet: A high protein(1.5g per lb of
bodyweight), moderate carb(0.5g to 1g per lb of bodyweight), low fat diet(0.25g
per lb of bodyweight) seems to work best with Clen. "
IME it wont increase hardness (t3 gives me a ''flat look, recently been told its from glycogen depletion I think, still to look into exact details), strength or size, if anything I would lose all of the above if I wasnt on cycle and that sounds like the info from somebody trying to sell it
I would use clen before t3 to begin with as they both come with their own sides and if you run the 2 together then you have 2 unknowns and wont know what is causing sides or how to counter them

thanksand remember if you plan to run it for more then 2 consecutive weeks then you will need keto too, if you plan to run 2weeks on/off it isnt needed, 2week on/off is prob better for first run with it anyway IMO so you can get a feel for the sides over a short rather then long term
Remember to supplement taurine 3-5g a day to help with the cramps as clen depletes taurine levels and a few hundred mg of potassium has been known to help sides aswell, plenty of water too, several litres a day

i plan on 2g taurine PreWO and 2g PWO. Ill need to buy some potassium, was just gonna eat bananas buti i could do without all the sugar
I'M not sure if timing really matters with the taurine but personally I take mine when I dose the clen
I have never taken clen before but I have a question: does it suppress your appetite?
