    A few questions

    Hey guys, Im 21 140lbs 5' 8" and a body fat percentage of 9-10% and have worked out off and on for the past couple years but I'm starting to get into it seriously now. I have never did a cycle but I have been thinking about it and doing some research. What do you guys think for a first cycle? And I know everyone will say something like test E and I was wondering why run a cycle of test first? And what PCT would you recommend

    Do your research. There is a whole pct section. Then wait 4-5 yrs. Your too young

    at your age and stats (140lbs) there is no reason to get on a cycle. You could make alot of gains with a good diet and training at this point
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Mate,
    you have a lot of natural growth still yet to come. Let your body's hormonal system finish developing, which will happen sometime in your mid twenties. Spend time learning the art and science of diet and nutrition, and focus on your lifting routines. Investing this way now will allow you to reap benefits later.

    wait until the age of 24+ and yes test e is fine for a first cycle. and do some research on pct. nolva and clomid stack is ideal for a test only cycle. also look into ai's and hcg.

    Learn to Love Squats, dead lift, Military Press and get a spotter, after 20 min of warming up on that body part your failure weight on the 1st set should be 12, then add more weights and do a max weight set and fail at about 3-4, then back to your previous weight

    if you are not horney ass fock after legs at night your not hitting em hard enough, just make sure you got a spotter

    then you ill see some size coming on
    obviously your food has to be clean

    bro like mentioned above, train hard-get your diet in check-and your supps-rest well and you will see slow and steady gains by doing that alone!!
    in the meantime do your research and wait till your mid twentys then consider cycling and your only 140lbs right?? always remember you gotta have a descent frame to support the foundation !!......btern!!

    Agree with others. Learn to lift. Compound exercises. Bench, squat, deads, pull ups, dips, power cleans. Forget about curls and such for now. Big lifts like those mentioned make big gains.

    Eat train and forget gear for a few years. Going on a cycle without a solid base to build on will get you nowhere.
