Hey guys, Im 21 140lbs 5' 8" and a body fat percentage of 9-10% and have worked out off and on for the past couple years but I'm starting to get into it seriously now. I have never did a cycle but I have been thinking about it and doing some research. What do you guys think for a first cycle? And I know everyone will say something like test E and I was wondering why run a cycle of test first? And what PCT would you recommend
