Planning my first cycle

stats: age 24 , weight 180 lbs , height 5'10 , years lifting 3

Test e @ 500mg / week split into 2 injections mon/thurs week 1-10

PCT clomid @ 100/100/50/50 week 12-15 ED
PCT nolva @ 40/40/20/20 week 12-15 ED

Will have an ai on hand possibly Adex.

Looks good....but you might get a little flack for being young "24" Is there a reason youre only going to 10w instead of 12?

I dont have my gear yet i am only planning it. from what i hear 2 vials of test e is enough for only 10 weeks cycle @ 500mg / week.

does anyone know the average dose per vial of test e average?

Most come in 250/ML, so in that case, it would be 1 ML twice a week. Go 12 weeks and def. get an AI. good luck.

Thanks for replying but i am still kind of uncertain as to how much doses the vials come in. 250/ml vial would last me how long if i use 500mg a week?

AI must be run on cycle, not just on hand.

your pct looks confusing. wk12-14 is only 3wks. and its daily dose, not eod

they come 250/ml but 10ml each right. so if i get 2 ill be at 20ml so at 2ml 2x a week ill only have enough for barely 10 weeks. unless i purchase 3. what do you suggest? btw sorry for 2 replies.

Let's see...

10ml vial of 250mg per ML

You pin twice a week. so......... each week you will be doing 2 ML's.

So..........

a single vial will last you...... (10 divided by 2) = 5 weeks.

Get a 3rd bottle as there will be some waste in there.

Looks like your standard run. Well planned, although I like to condone 300-400mg of test for beginners. It doesn't need to be half a gram on your first run. You will make significant gains provided rest, supplementation, and your nutrition protocol are all on point. Lastly, train a little longer than 3 years before you hit the anabolic train. 5 years of hard training should be under your belt before resorting to hormone assistance.

Good luck getting that to work out for you. Your math is right but I seldom get perfect volume in a vial. Have extra on hand or expect to run out early.
