    Yet another 1st timer askin for 1st cycle critique!

    Age-34
    Weight- 225lbs
    BF% - 18%y
    Experience- Work out 3-6 months a year for since my late teens. Play tons of sports 7-9months a year wich makes it tough to work out more.
    - Admit that my actual GYM workout experience is much less than that as most of my workouts have been at home with decent but limited equipment. But loving it for the past month in the gym.
    Diet- On and off usually. When working out it is very healthy, mostly eggs, chicken breast, tenderloin steak, lean ground beef and tuna. Some salmon(i always mess it up on the bbq, so not too often.) No beer when working out, the occasional glass of red wine with supper though(its so good and i am weak!). For carbs i struggle a bit, mostly vegge's sum gross rice chips, oatmeal(flavoured), brown rice and gonna try brown rice pasta wich I just discovered.
    - I am trying to keep better track of my calories etc.. but it is in the learning stages still, but improving daily.
    Goals- To keep my weight about the same, wouldnt be choked if I could drop body fat to 10-12% and gain 5-10lbs though. *** I do not have grand desires to become a pro, but honestly just want to get some REAL results to keep me motivated and keep me in shape.
    Workout- 5 times a week at whatever gym i can get to. Cardio - 30mins after workout on bike or treadmill or jog with my dog for 5kms.
    So here is the cycle-
    Week 1-12 : Sust - 250 mon morn, 250 thurs afternoon.
    Week 1-12 : Armidex - .5mg EOD
    Week 6-12 : Winny (only if doing well with the sust)- 75mg(3xcaps) a day.

    PCT-
    HCG - 14 days after last Sust inj.
    1/2 cc Day #1
    1/2 cc Day #3
    Clomine- Start day after 2nd HCG shot - 150mg a day for 2 weeks.

    So, i Have everything on that list in my possesion. Honestly, the HCG i have is in Chinese writing(the rest is all english and looks legit and i know I am gonna get in S*^t for this) so I am just taking my sources directions for that(i trust him and will probly get him to inj. it for me).

    What do you all think?

    Sounds good to me....but I would have started with TEST E -- thats just IMO

    Also....and again just IMO --- some will disagree but I feel if you want to drop body fat - cut out the red meat - even if its just temporary. Yea its protein....but it still adds to the bulk if you ask me

    But I dont wanna cut out steak( I love it too much!!, lol)!!! But thanks, I will vastly cut down on it! Couple times a month only(i am only human). And I guess with the sust over the Test E, i think its kinda mostly me being greedy and wanna see results sooner(and with the prop i am hoping I will, even with its smaller dose).

    couple things about this cycle, a first cycle should be test only, also HCG is not for pct but for during cycle to keep your boys online, 250iu 2x week up till the start of pct. also a standard pct would include nolvadex and clomid for 4 weeks.

    You would have been better off getting a single ester test if you are pinning every 3.5 days to keep blood levels stable

    I would never cut red meat out. Down maybe, but not out.

    You should lose all lactose and include grean tea in your daily liquid intake.

    You really shouldn't cycle with very little history at the gym. Even the lack of consistency isn't good. Furthermore, BF% really need to come down to around 15 or less before you cycle.

    If you're insisting on this cycle, lose the winny and just run test for your 1st cycle. I would advise that you post your exact diet at the nutri forum and let the pro's critique it. What you posted doesnt really tell much. Cardio is going to be your best friend to cut the fat out. Rice isnt going to help, especially if you eat it for dinner.

    I only say that because its a fact - you cut out red meat and you will lose 10 lbs in the first 2 weeks...I cut it out for 6 months and it helped me lose about 50 total...

    I do agree tho - lactose and rice need to go! --- I have a rule of thumb.....not to eat anything white. bread milk rice cheese --- all add to the size of the ass! lol

    Well - I learned alot about our meat source when I wrote my college thesis. Basically - in a nut shell - we put so much shit in our meat sources - to make them grow bigger, faster etc - that it affects how we process it. You even see a cow in italy? Ever wonder why its half the size? lol

    Try cutting out red meat for 10 days - tell me how you feel after.

    Well I'll do some research. I personally only do a 14oz ribeye on Sundays only. But really when I was eating red meat 3 to 4 times a week, I never experienced better loss than I do once a week. I only cut down because of Cholesterol levels. But I never actually cut it out completely so you may be right. I just don't get the science behind it if you're on a good cardio regimen. Either way... I will do some research on this as it really is interesting.

    Your body will always burn carbs 1st. OP seems to intake lots of carbs. Meat or no meat, he really wont get to burning fat without seriously dropping carbs and hitting the treadmill heavily.

    this is why its healthier to be Vegan, i usually do vegan on an off for 1-2 weeks, depending on how busy i am, Raw veggies and you feel like a new person. red meat takes a toll on the body as it takes more energy to process. thus robbing you of your energy to function

    Yea -- there really are about 6 solid reasons why red meat works AGAINST you . Dont get me wrong its definitely going to help add muscle ---- but it acts better for those trying to get bigger. Those looking to cut down....definitely should stay away from red meat or cut it down to once a month.

    haha thanks.... And yea I would definitely look into it.. quitting cold turkey for a 14 day period is supposedly the best way to test it out.....its all about digestion, and how we process the food. The damn steroids in food are no good for us! lol good to know tho - if a cannibal gets a hold of me...he wont be able to digest me comfortably cause of my steroids too!

    PS. According to some sources out there - red meat has to come close to rotting inside you before its processed. Now i dont belive this 100% but there are points that lead me to think this is somewhat correct. And according the Body Journal...an orange is defeated in your body in about an hour. Red meat can take up to 8 times as long.

    Thanks ..in fact I just put up pictures so you can see where I was. The pictures in my profile are one at 340lbs in 2009 and now in 2012 at 230 lbs before my cycle....Post cycle pics will be up soon. And trust me --- I crave steak. alot. But we gotta make sacrifices right ? lol --- good luck bro!

    Ok, I won't b able to sleep if I don't tell the people who have already taken the time to help me out and who may in the future know that I started this cycle on Monday with my first pin ever and the 2nd will b tomorrow. So I apolagize for not bein upfront in the first place. Very poor on me. I hope this doesn't discourage others with knowledge to help me out. I guess other than me pretty much having my mind made up on doing a cycle and that it will more than likely stay with Sust(mostly because it is paid for and started(poor excuse I know)), I am very flexible on the winny and PCT. I just figured I would have a good idea of what the Sust was doin to me by week 6 and would feel safe and confident to try the winny(tabs, not inj.) to help cut up a bit. But again, that is not set in stone, arguments for both would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a ton for the advice already given.

    If your taking pills...make sure you take LIV52 with it --- or try to get some real Tudca! Stuff has amazing properties with it...

    Yup, I have the Liv52 on hand in the case that i do go the winny route. Thanks. I will have to look up this Tudca stuff however.

    So, I've read that HGC can be used just after a cycle as a part of pct or that I should do it during cycle. I am guessing that it may be preference as much as factual but I would appreciate any suggestions. I honestly would like to avoid pinning myself more, so I am hoping after will suffice, but I am flexible.
