Experience- Work out 3-6 months a year for since my late teens. Play tons of sports 7-9months a year wich makes it tough to work out more.
- Admit that my actual GYM workout experience is much less than that as most of my workouts have been at home with decent but limited equipment. But loving it for the past month in the gym.
Diet- On and off usually. When working out it is very healthy, mostly eggs, chicken breast, tenderloin steak, lean ground beef and tuna. Some salmon(i always mess it up on the bbq, so not too often.) No beer when working out, the occasional glass of red wine with supper though(its so good and i am weak!). For carbs i struggle a bit, mostly vegge's sum gross rice chips, oatmeal(flavoured), brown rice and gonna try brown rice pasta wich I just discovered.
- I am trying to keep better track of my calories etc.. but it is in the learning stages still, but improving daily.
Goals- To keep my weight about the same, wouldnt be choked if I could drop body fat to 10-12% and gain 5-10lbs though. *** I do not have grand desires to become a pro, but honestly just want to get some REAL results to keep me motivated and keep me in shape.
Workout- 5 times a week at whatever gym i can get to. Cardio - 30mins after workout on bike or treadmill or jog with my dog for 5kms.
So here is the cycle-
Week 1-12 : Sust - 250 mon morn, 250 thurs afternoon.
Week 1-12 : Armidex - .5mg EOD
Week 6-12 : Winny (only if doing well with the sust)- 75mg(3xcaps) a day.
PCT-
HCG - 14 days after last Sust inj.
1/2 cc Day #1
1/2 cc Day #3
Clomine- Start day after 2nd HCG shot - 150mg a day for 2 weeks.
So, i Have everything on that list in my possesion. Honestly, the HCG i have is in Chinese writing(the rest is all english and looks legit and i know I am gonna get in S*^t for this) so I am just taking my sources directions for that(i trust him and will probly get him to inj. it for me).
