Sore Injection Site

My brother is doing a cycle of Test 400 by itself. Its actually a mix of test e,c and p. mostly test e and c. He has all the proper on cycle and PCT but the product was expired in 2006. If anything I thought it migt loose some potency but not be harmful at all. I gave him the injection so I know everything went good on that end but its now 3 days later and his whole ass cheek is swolen and sore. No signs of infection but he's really in pain. Any suggestions?

Could be several factors such as the concentration of your gear, solvents used during it's manufacture, injection speed, virgin muscles, and volume of injection in certain muscle tissue. An anti-inflammatory should help with the swelling. NEVER ice it. Purchase some sterile cottonseed oil and hit your next shot with a 50:50 ratio if your body still reacts negatively to the oil. Warming the oil prior to injecting will lower the oil's viscosity and prevent it to clump and create a bump. Always massage the area post injection.
