Left nipple feels really itchy, gyno?

I have liquidex and Nolva for my on cycle therapy, I just started feeling itchy in my left nipple and I am not 100% because I genetically hold a little fat on my chest, but I think I feel a slight firmness under the nipple, I am taking liquidex at .25 mg eod, and currently not taking nolva at all, how much and how long of each should I take to try and clear it up? And if its more then 20mg of nalva at a time, should I spread the doses out throughout the day or take it all at once ex.( 2 - 20mg nolvas at the same time ed till 5 days after symptoms go away)

please somebody? should I just start running my ADEX every day instead of every other day? Should I do it every day plus a week of Nolva?

Do Nolvadex everyday at 10mg per day and you should be fine
