and if first cycle, NONE.. just teste if your passed atleast 24 yrs.
also make sure you know what PCT, gyno and an AI is.

22 years old i know slightly on the younger side but i know what im doing and have 2 sucessfull cycles under my belt with no issues. so 400mg tren or 600mg deca for ultimate gains ???

Tren 's awesome stuff but it will shut you down pretty hard. IMO Tren's better because it give such hard, vascular, lean muscles. Deca retained water so I wasn't nearly as vascular.

Doesn't mean you won't have issues. What are your previous cycles?

No reason to run high doses of everything at one time either. More is not better especially early on.
