Yea...you can gain weight, lose weight, gain mass, stay the same ...all depends on what you want, how you work out , what you eat....
what are your goals? Im assuming to increase in muslce mass and get bigger all around? Are you trying to drop BF?
And im assuming its your first cycle? IMO - 300 a week is too low. Try 250 twice a week....
How old are you?
Not really concerned about losing BF, I am cutting currently until I feel I'm at a comfortable %(9-11). I don't plan on eating so much that my Bf% stays the same... If I gain 10 lbs of lean muscle my BF should drop.
What I don't understand is how much more is expected. People talk of a NORMAL bulk cycle not on AAS making gains of 1-2 lbs a week. That would be ~24lbs at the end of a 12 week cycle... Seems like a pipe dream as I have never been able to gain a healthy 2lbs a week...

300 is the LOWEST I have ever heard of anyone taking....but IMO 500 is the least you should go...but its up to you...do a cycle and post the results

And to answer your previous...its all about what you are aiming for. My aim was to lose weight....so I took test with anavar and ate only 1800 cal a day ...stayed under 20 grams of fat most days.....so - after 9 weeks on cycle...I lost another 12 lbs....but my bench press increased by almost 100lbs
my first cycle was 250mg's every 5 days. And i was very happy with my results. Most males dont make 100mg a week. So you can get gains by tripling your natural levels

Absolutely agree with this. I've made gains on 300mgs a week. I've also made gains and had some GREAT workouts on 5mg of dbol a day used as a kickstart. Theres a BIG difference between no steroids and steroids, maybe some body types need high doses but I sure as hell never did
That i agree with -- The average male makes about 35 Mgs a week I think...
Realistically 3-5 lbs
I liked 500mg's a week. It worked well and it's kind of a typical dose. 250mg's per Ml. If I got some 200mg's per Ml, I would still just do 2 Ml's per week. If you like the EOD shots prop is still way better, just saying.
If you are trying to get bigger and have a good diet I would shoot for 12-16Lbs. of retain-able LBM. I think this only does apply to the first 2-3 cycles.
