First cycle question
Hi there. Im 28 and weight 160lbs (small frame). I have been hitting the gym 4 times a week for about 6 months. Now i`m trying to get faster results, my goal is to get to 180lbs with nice muscles, never did any cycles before this would be my first one. Any advice on a bulc cycle and cutting cycle? Thanks for the help and sorry im a new member

you need to train for a few YEARS before you consider using AAS. Also you should have your diet in check. post everything you put in your mouth today.

The board gave you sound advice in your last thread. The responses you'll receive in this section will be no different.

How tall are you? 180lbs is easily attainable if your diet is in check.

if your 6'5 and 160 a few changes to your diet can do that for you
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

At 6'5" you could do a LOT better than 180 lbs lean naturally.
Your diet and training obviously suck ass, so just figure that stuff out.

I would think that 6'5 160lbs is borderline anorexic, do you eat at all?

Wat part of if you dont eat right they would help dont you understand? This is how it works diet is 90% of getting big.Now if you juice and dont eat if you do gain anything you will lose it fast.We get guys like you here all the time. They swear up n down they eat a lot. Then we have them post their diet and they dont eat shit.POST your diet and be honest.

Post up a picture. I want to see this "small" giant frame of yours.

If you really do have a small frame then In addition to whats been said already, lifting heavy wieghts will help to grow your frame. As said post your diet and also your workout routine and hours slept per night. A good diet and heavy low rep compound excersizes will bring about the skeletal and CNS changes needed to support larger muscles.
Using AAS now at your wieght without a proper foundation (skeletal and CNS) would be a very bad idea as injury would be a likely result. Also do not forget that we grow at night while sleeping, if you are not getting at least 8 hrs of sleep you are shorting yourself on the most important factor in growth.

I am a "small frame" guy 5'7 started at 140 and with diet got up to 164 and I have a thyroid issue that makes it VERY difficult to put on weight. Did it take over a year? Yes, but it can be done. Diet is everything. I am getting ready to start my cycle soon. Listen to these guys they know what they are talking about. Start eating and spend some more time in the gym. Roiding without strength behind you is only going to get you hurt. Dont mean to sound negative but I was in the same boat as you and 2 years last I weight 25~lbs more and have a lot more time under my belt.

That's almost my current cut diet, minus the sandwich bread. Start browsing the nutrition section.

i see your diet is lacking quite a bit just saying. so are you saying your last Main meal that contains meats/fibres/carbs etc is roughly round 3pm. buddy looks like your starving yourself no wonder your making any gains. 6pm... "any protein bars i find"... really? listen go to the link i listed below and post up your statistics theres bound to be someone that can help you. ill let you know now, im 178cm, when i was 170lbs ish i was eating for my first meal 3 whole egss, 2 whites, fish fillet (roughly 100-150g) half a hr later high carb/calorie shake (such as ON Serious Mass) and i was set for the next few hours. thats just an example of what my breakfast usually consisted of. my meals consisted of different meats ranging from chicken, turkey, kangaroo (high in protein good if you live in Aus), fishs and anything else i was interested on trying. sides dishes are up to you (pastas, rices, veggies etc). im no expert on nutrition ill let you know now (my diet isnt perfect atm its probs only a 6/10 at most) basically you gotta eat serious if you plan on getting serious results.

Your profile says 6'5 as well. You may wanna edit that.
Agreed with every one here you need more food. Whole foods as well not extra bars or shakes. If you are 5'6 160 then we have the exact same stats right now and my current breakfast is 2 whole eggs and 10 whites w a cup of oats.
