First cycle

I am 6 ft 220lbs 10% BF. I have been training for 2 and 1/2 years and made great gains an all but now i am looking for a little boost. I use supplements and i am wondering what a good first cycle would be as far as safety, price and being a good product as far as it working, most concerned with safety. I am looking to gain size strength and endurance just be all around bigger and better. My diet is in check 6 meals a day all planned prepped and portioned. Thanks!

Most people will agree TEST E is a great first cycle... and depending on where you live its usually pretty cheap.

I am concerned about get gyno? And what to use post cycle?

Armidex and HCG can be used ON cycle to help avoid gyno and bloating. I am taking both with my cycle, no sides at all...... As far as PCT -- that you will have to ask around. Im not experienced in that area to give advice ...but most peole seem to say Clomid or Nolvo.....

What type of test would you recommend? Which is safest? And how to cycle it?

TEST E -- I would do 250 twice a week....10 weeks or 12 weeks...

8 weeks would limit sides but some argue that its not long enough, arimidex 0.25 eod from start of cycle for the ai.. Clomid and nolvadex for pct.

yea i just feel 8 isnt enough...i did 16 my first out .....but i recomend 12

Im new to the world could i do 10 weeks of the test-e 250 twice a week and armidex 0.25 threw the cycle and nolvadex for pct. which of those are injectable and which can i get in pill form

no offense but if you have to ask that you are not ready to start. And its ok being new and not knowing. But before you jsut start injecting and taking pills you should really take some time and read up about what you are doing. Just dont start taking these because a couple guys say its a good cycle.
