    Clenbuterol Cycle

    Hey everyone, I will be doing a clenbuterol cycle soon here just wanna get some input on the cycle as well as the exercise i will be conducting while on the cycle.

    Stats
    5'11"
    189 Lbs
    26 yrs old
    18% BF
    Maint Calories: 2900
    Daily Calories Consumed: 2000
    Ratio: 60/20/20 Protein/carbs/fat, although i'm bumping good fats up to about 70-80 grams(puts me over 20%, body doesn't recognize percentages anyways...), i just feel better at that.

    Workout:
    45 Mins of light cardio(bike/jogging) in the AM, fasted
    Iron Addicts Routine, Before Lunch
    Mon: Chest/Shoulder/Tris (Flat Bench 3x5, Incline Bench 4x8, Dips, Standing Military Press)
    Tues: Legs/Back/Bis (Squats, Leg Curls, Bent over rows, EZ-Bar Curls)
    Wed: Off
    Thurs: Chest/Shoulder/Tris (Incline Bench 3x5, Flat Bench 4x8, decline skull crushers, DB shoulder press & latteral raises)
    Friday: Legs/Back/Bis (Deadlifts, Leg press, Pull ups, straight bar curls)

    Suppliments:
    Taurine: 4mg Daily
    Potassium
    Munti-vitamin(Joint)


    Cycle:
    Day1: 20mcg
    Day2: 40mcg
    Day3: 60mcg
    Day4: 80mcg
    Day5: 80mcg
    Day6-Day12: will increase when sides are tolerable
    Day13: 80 mcg cutting down
    Day14: 60 mcgs

    there is no reason to taper the clen back down
    and i dont like that workout at all
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Okay noted on tapering. clue me in on the workout.

    I have used it on and off for years, it is the first routine i incorporated that had movements like deadlifts and squats, and sure enough when i started it(prob because i never did deadlifts and squats before) i grew like a weed.

    I'm wide open for suggestions though!

    it may be ok just to stay in shape and get some results if you are new. I dont think 1 exercise or maybe 2 is enough to work a body part to get real results. I guess it more depends on what your expectations are. I should have asked that first

    Long term, lower body fat, and clean bulk.

    Increase muscular size and function while maintining proportion.

    I will be cutting down to 12%, maybe lower, then beginning my first AAS cycle.

    I have wondered why I never really made many PRs and gains after the first year of using it...

    Sorry, personal records. Really seemed to hit a weight and just stay there without progress. Im looking at "The Slingshot Training System" right now. long read.

    haha, makes sense. Yea you will see alot of improvement but switching your workout

    Going to try and not sound too terrible on this...

    Something I noticed, you might be better off with lighter weight and 12-15 reps and 4-6 sets. You'll tone better and burn more calories then by lifting the way you suggested.

    Bench Press 3x5
    Incline Press 4x8
    Dips 3x10
    Standing Military Press 3x8
    Abs

    Tuesday:
    Squats 3x5
    Leg curls 3x10
    Bent Over Rows 4x6
    EZ Bar Curls 3x8

    Wednesday:
    Off

    Thursday:
    Incline Bench 3x5
    Flat Bench 4x8
    Skull Crushers 3x10
    DB Shoulder Press and Latteral Raises 3x10
    abs

    Friday:
    Deadlifts 3x5
    Leg Press 2x10

    i train them once a week. But i wouldnt call what you do twice a week either.
