NO, once you start cycling AAS, even with proper PCT, your natural test levels will never get back to where they were before you stated cycling, and will never get to where they would have gotten to naturally. your natural test levels peak around mid-late 20's. and then start to decline after 30ish.
so, why would you want to start declining your test levels at 20??
IMO, when your test levels start to decline (around 30ish), that would be a good (if not perfect) time to start cycling.
Also, it takes time to develop your tendons and joints to get used to lifting heavy weights, so if you cycle without them being fully developed, your muscles will get bigger and stronger, but your joints and tendons won't be able to keep up.
resulting in injuries, which means you won't be able to work out, which means you'll loose what you gained, so you'll be back to square 1.
how do i know this? im only a few years older than you, but ive done my research(and am continuing to do so). i highly recommend you do this as well, before deciding weather or not to use AAS.
any questions, feel free to ask me, i will try my best to answer or at least point you's in the right direction.

Welcome to the board Mate,
irrespective of your age, anyone that cycles that does not have their diet and exercise routines dialed in will find mostly their gains will go away. (I'm not so sure about some of the statements made by some of the members above me, and I won't single anyone out.) But if you don't know how to eat to gain, then anything you do gain due to steroids , will go away since your diet still isn't right. this is why I always say steroids should be the lasst thing one should consider, AFTER everything else is in place.
Ask if you have any other questions
