I was intending to run HCG at .125iu twice per week, but have read varying posts about dosage varying from .125iu eod to 250iu twice per week.
What is an appropriate dose? This will be for a first cycle.

125iu EOD or 2x PW will both provide benefits. You'll be fine.

i used and recommend 250iu 2x a week
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
