    Tren A/Sus stack

    I want to take Tren a/Sus to cut down on weight n build more mass but right now I have a lot if fat I need to get rid of this will be my first time using a steroid but I am very familiar with taking supplements . I know there is a big difference and I have did all my research if I decide to do this stack question is do I need to cut down on weight first or can I start dosing when I'm ready I weigh 286 24 years old and 5'11

    This is not a good idea for a first cycle you need to visit the diet section and cut bf% down before cycle and you should only run the sust for first cycle or some form of test.

    Ok so if I just run Sus for first cycle I should still cut down on bf% first.? And about how much in weight should I be before starting.?!

    You should always attempt to get your bodyfat as low as possible before doing cycles. Higher bodyfat % comes with more side effects and greater risks when you do cycle. Higher blood pressure, more strain on the heart, cholesterol values get even WORSE, and more fat means more aromatase enzyme activity in your body means more estrogen-related side effects (bloating, fat retention, gyno). Now, you didn't mention your bodyfat % so I am going to assume you currently do not have access to any testing methods, so going off the stats you gave of 286 lbs. and 5'11"... sounds like your bodyfat % is likely quite high, perhaps in the 25% range.

    Your choice of trenbolone in your very first cycle is a big no-no. Never for a first timer, ever. Tren comes with attributes that require knowledge of how to properly monitor and control them, of which no first-time/novice user has the experience for... let alone someone who hasn't even cycled at all yet.

    Take a stroll over to the nutrition section of the forum. Try to get your bodyfat % to at LEAST 15% before doing your first cycle. If you can get even lower than 15%, even better.

    The more bf you have the higher chance of getting gyno. Tren will shut down your HPTA (endocrine system) pretty hard. That means you could have a real problem starting you natural production of Testosterone again once you get off the Tren cycle. Diet & cardio and get your bf down to below 15% to minimize sides before you start your cycle.

    I really appreciate it ... And no I don't have anything to test body fat% I am working on it this week..

    Definitely find out your bodyfat % first, that will help you out greatly in determining what you should be doing first.
