    Another Var question

First I want to say hello and thank you to all that share their exp and opinions.

I have taking a cycle a few years ago of test followed by winny then Nova for post. I really enjoyed the results but gained a lot of weight/gains to where; for my job; I was to heavy. I cut most of the weight being natty and am currently sitting 190 at 5'9. I know there is a lot of threads already all over the web about var cycles and what to do. I have my specifics goals and would really appreciate and feed back I get, if it be pos or neg.

I do not want to get over 200 ever again, I have a solid base right now with doing cardio everyday and working out 5-6 days a week. I am extremely happy with where I am at in the gym and how I look. I would like to cut without gaining weight (does this make sense), I have read not to take Var alone but then again I have read its ok. If I do take Var alone at 30-50 ED is this sufficient. If most recommend to take test with the var, how much should I take a week. Please keep in mind I dont want to gain much weight, just looking to cut and build hard muscle. Maybe 250ml WK of test mixed with 30-50 of Var?
Yes I will be taking Liver pill with this and Nova at the end.

    Thanks (did this make sense?)

Anavar alone, especially for what you're after is a great cycle.

If it aint broke, don't fix it. Anyway... You'd probably feel aspirin before you feel anything from 30mg of var. Good chance you can kiss cardio goodbye on a decent dose of var due to the shin pumps. Have a serious look into your diet. that's more likely where you will see results.

It's fine no apologies needed. I meant by training experience how many years you've been in the gym mate. Your age is fine and your bodyfat percentage would be fine to do a cycle of Anavar . But to be honest, a strict cardio and diet regime could easily get you down to ten percent (if being shredded is what you are after). It would take longer, but it would also be healthier.

Hey, thanks for all the quick replies and help so far. You are right in regards to doing more cardio and a better diet. I guess I just want to kick start my fat buring and once I get there I will maintain. Is that a bad idea? I would kill to sit at around 10% body fat! I have been in the gym for over 10 years, it has been on and off with work schedule and since my birthday I have vowed to stay motivated and do my version of body building. I have a solid 6 months in the gym and build one hell of a base, Bench max 320 and squat close to 500.

Austinite- That is why I am here, out of all the "Anavar " post I have only read one or two comments about shin pumps. I do not quite understand that meaning, but I ass-u-me it is in regards to the blood pumping and possibly causing major cramps?

We all want that quick start mate - but it's easier said that done. You do realize to maximize the full effects of Anavar you would need a proper diet and training regime anyway? If you don't have a strict diet after the Anavar cycle you'll just put bodyfat back on anyway, meaning you just wasted Anavar and raised your liver enzymes needlessly. It's important to have your diet perfect and up to scratch before even considering a cycle.

Makes perfect sense, I do have a diet in effect.... Is it strict, not in any way but its also due to my current location. If I was to take anavar , as soon as I got off I would be back in the states to maintain a better diet. I really appreciate the back and forth though and do not think your advice is not warranted. I am listening to what you are saying and taking everything into account. Maybe ill just skip the Var and get back on test and get big... Joking.

What do you mean by location? Surely location should not affect the way your diet could be structured? Why not just wait until you actually get back to the USA before using AAS? Trust me mate you would be better off. You do not seem to understand the importance of having a strict diet on cycle and also afterwards - it is crucial to getting gains on the cycle as well as keeping and maintaining them post cycle. I did not understand why I was not naturally gaining in the gym until I joined these forums. I knew my diet could be better but now I've made a strict one to last me three months and I know my gains will be better than ever before.

With my job, location plays a big role with the type of food I eat. Mostly processed with and I can only eat so much tuna and oatmeal without gagging. Thanks again, I think I will hold off until I get back to the states where I can consistently eat a well balanced diet. I am happy I joined this forum before jumping right into things.
What do you recommend for cutting some fat all natty. Looking at doing some fasting cardio and then heavy weight lifting with high reps in the evening. What are your thoughts on fasting cardio mixed with medium to high lifting with that much gap (12+ hours). What do you recommend when I get back to the states. By then I will most likely be around 180, which is more like my natural weight. I have a few months to continue educating myself before screwing something up and messing up my natural test. I just need to find a shop when I get home.

So are you wanting to put on any muscle at all or are you just looking to lose bodyfat at the moment? I am happy I joined these boards too mate I have learned a lot already and been put off doing cycles any time soon by some very helpful and knowledgeable members. I'm glad I could help you and persuade you not to do it yet mate. Yes some cardio would be great, particularly on an empty stomach early in the morning and then eat high protein meals afterwards. You could do normal workouts (to maintain your weight and add some muscle) and then on your off days you could do cardio, which would be a much better option in my opinion. For example you could do a four day split weight lifting routine and then have two days devoted to cardio and have one complete rest day. Or you could go to the gym three times a week for weight lifting and do cardio twice/three times a week on your off days and have one/two rest days. Diet will play a huge role in losing bodyfat too mate - cardio isn't the only important thing. If you have a high protein, moderate carbohydrate and low fat diet you could shed some unwanted bodyfat easily.

I suggest jumping over to the nutrition forum and checking it out and read the stickies. There is lots of great information over there man and you will learn a lot. Ask questions and keep researching - they will be more than happy to help. Also check out the workout section and tell them your goals and they will help you with some cardio and your workouts. Best of luck mate.

I would definitely hit the nutrition section and get help there to construct a more strict diet which will get you to where you want to be, example myself. In any case once diet is in check and you are down from 15% i would take Clenbuterol just to help get the last few lbs of fat off faster!!! Definitely can do it through diet!!!
