I have been into fitness and weight lifting for a solid 4 years now, and have been all natural to this point. I have great genetics, my dad is a big dude and i definitely got his size. I am really strong in all my lifts, practice good form, have no injuries or health problems.
I am positive that i want to get into steroids. I have my nutrition down, and have really been practicing this and making sure I have the willpower to maintain the strict diet needed for the bodybuilding world. That aside, what do i need to consider before i take the dive? Do i need to wait longer? is 4 years of hard training not long enough? Do i need to get down to a certain body fat percentage?
Just looking for advice and counsel on what i need to be thinking about, thanks a lot! just looking for help!
