    What do i need to consider before steroid use?

    I have been into fitness and weight lifting for a solid 4 years now, and have been all natural to this point. I have great genetics, my dad is a big dude and i definitely got his size. I am really strong in all my lifts, practice good form, have no injuries or health problems.

    I am positive that i want to get into steroids. I have my nutrition down, and have really been practicing this and making sure I have the willpower to maintain the strict diet needed for the bodybuilding world. That aside, what do i need to consider before i take the dive? Do i need to wait longer? is 4 years of hard training not long enough? Do i need to get down to a certain body fat percentage?

    Just looking for advice and counsel on what i need to be thinking about, thanks a lot! just looking for help!

    you want to make sure your old enough
    get a good diet down
    try and be under 15% bf
    have everything on hand before you start
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Consider reading all the sticky threads. All your questions have already been answered there by members who are very experienced and spent a plethora of time bringing the info to one place.

    I am 24, should i wait longer? Bodyfat is at 18% at the moment, working on cutting it down to 12ish, thanks for the advice!

    Sounds like you've pretty much got everything set except for bodyfat %. Try to get that to under 15%. The longer you can wait in general before you start, the better though.

    I understand age, i am just trying to get an idea as to how old i should be. Like when do i reach my natural peak??

    thats what i thought, because i read that i could gain 20-30 pounds, and i want to make sure i can get to that low of body fat first

    not in 1 cycle. That only happens for 1 of 2 reasons. They put on a ton of fat and water from no ai and bad diet. Or were very skinny and should have not been using in the first place

    What's the main bad things resulting from using if you were skinny? Just wondering. Not saying skinny people should cycle lol, just asking why it would be bad for them to put on so much weight so quickly?

    yes there are health reasons like that. Better chance of injury because they probably havent been working out. Also the probably have a crap diet. So they will loose it all anyway. If they had a good diet and work out they wouldnt be that skinny to begin with

    Expect to fall in love with yourself! The hours you spend in front of the mirror chit chatting with yourself you could be catching some much needed ZZZZZssss. It is pathetic sometimes, but it happens to everyone who does it, except for liars, lol. I have always been skinny fat and now Im in great form and getting really symetrical. I am truely blown away by it, but as with all good things, they must come to an end. So sad.

    A lot of great advice here. Only thing I would add is that this lifestyle and becoming accustomed to the new look can become somewhat addicting. I can't tell you how many people have told me they were only going to run one cycle. It almost never works that way. You keep wanting more. You have to keep your head because this can become a vicious and extremely unhealthy lifestyle.

    i absolutely understand that, and what i really want to do is work my hardest to become a bodybuilder. So i am trying to gain as much knowledge as i can! You gotta dream big! otherwise whats the point. But i really appreciate the advice, and i am open to hearing more!
