    running, what to take

Im planning on running a marathon in Oct of this year and have been running my whole life. I need some help to get to that next level and was wondering if there was something I could take to get me there and to help with recovery. I have ran 2:50 for a marathon and would like to shed about 10 minutes off that or more. Thanks

Steroids aren't going to help with that bro. Serious dedication to training (whether it be cardio or weights training) and an intense and strict diet (depending on your individual needs) is the best way to go in my opinion. It all depends on how seriously you take marathons and running.

I know cyclist take something so im not buying into you have to train harder (which I already do). There has to be something out there that will help recovery and help with endurance. What is a good site to get real product

Winstrol is common for endurance. however, sounds like this is your first cycle, which should be test only. And in no way should winny be ran alone.

What are your stats? height, weight, Age, BF %, diet? My business partner is a marathon runner. at 45 years old he runs 10 miles daily and doesn't miss a marathon. His diet sucks and for that reason alone he can't improve his time or get below 11% BF.

I was going to say winstrol because it almost forces you to accomplish what you start. But I took it as a winny only cycle(I am on TRT soit really didnt matter too much for me). It is still my favorite compound, but getting some anavar this week so I might have a new favorite!

how about something like this for the OP

    1 – 12 Enan 400mg/wk
    10 – 14 Winny 40mg ED
    1 – 15 L-dex .25mg ED

Start PCT 1 day after last Winny injection / dose
Start PCT 2 weeks after last Enan injection

Have you ever used it? The explosive strength gains are nice, but I get calf pumps within 30 seconds of running while on it.

on it now. No calf pumps. Not a huge runner though. I only do 45 min. cardio daily, 15 minutes at 6 and 30 min at 4. Var and Tren are the only 2 compounds that killed my cardio.

I have been running for 15 years and I'm an endurance athlete also so I know where you're coming from. don't do aas right now. doesn't do crap for a real endurance athlete where you're at. If you were in a place where you could run a pre-season strength cycle then I would reccomend t bol and var with test as a base. However I have heard good things about s4 increasing endurance to a certain extent. EPO could be an option for you if you know what you're doing but it's dangerous. You won't find much talk about epo or distance running on this forum though.

exactly.. It was EPO untill the testing agencies were able to test for it. The more red blood cells you have the more oxygen in your blood. Cyclists take it but the side effects can be rough. You will have to get up in the middle of the nigh to run to get rid of the excess energy...

Yes cyclists I know have used it when they are in the off season and they want to get more strength. They don't use it in season. The pumps would be ridiculous.

Don't encourage him to take epo. it's dangerous as hell, and I doubt that anyone who is suggesting it, has actually done it. It's a last resort in my opinion.

but im still researching on how much test to take.. bodybuilders take 500mg weekly endurance athletes for what i research takes between 200-300 im not sure on this yet.. still researching to start my cycle in aug
i also wanted to add Equipoise to the cycle but everyone says its a waste dont do it. dont know why.. maybe it didnt give them muscle mass but i know it raises RBC and they use it for race horse so it must do something for stamina..

results from test is in the 4-5 weeks range

Erythropoietin is the answer.. I am a 34 year running vet.. Have used it many times.. DO NOT believe the horror stories you hear.. Very safe when done correctly..

I am a runner too and am thinking about taking EPO. Any recommendations on how I can go about finding a legit on-line website? Thanks

A "Test only" works for running. Trust me. Faster top speed, better endurance, quicker recovery. Easier to get a second wind. But it's easy to overtrain running because you feel great and don't get as tired. I also get a bit of insomnia sometimes. So get lots of sleep. Easy on the weights too.
