Second cycle. 1ml sustanton 1ml test every tues dropped 1ml nandrolone deca after 4 wks inn.

I injected about 100 ml under my hip bone into right buttock and man today I in pain tried massage it out(very painful) and been trying to stretch it out hard being at work though any other advise to help there's no redness or bruising is this common normally an arm injecter but wanted to mix it up cheers

Well, if you used a 3 ML syringe, that would be a little over 33 injections. Of course that will be painful.

On a serious note... Poor technique from an unsteady hand most likely.

You should figure out what your BF is, 15 to 20 is a huge guessing range.

You used an app to figure your BF? Do you attach calipers to your iphone somehow?

Anyway, what I was saying is that you just need to wait a few days and the swelling/discomfort should go away. If not, see a doc to check for infection.

I was pinning 1cc of sus into born again virgin muscles very recently. The first few quad pins almost had me to the point where I couldn't walk. The third pin I put in my delt after wrapping the vial up in a heating pad. It drew so much easier from the vial and had very manageable soreness. I highly recommend warming it up thoroughly.

Try injecting your quads, i prefer this than ass injections.
