    Eq vs deca ???

    which will give better strength/size gains running either one at 600mg a week for 10 weeks obv with testosterone ??

    it should be obvious but ill answer anyways...DECA ...i dont believe EQ dosed at 600mg for 10 weeks will yeild all that much in the way of size compared to deca imho...

    i have freinds that rate eq and say they get good gains from it, is it really that useless yes ??? perhaps there just getting gains from there test.

    I doubt they had great gains from eq, it will be from the other compound in the stack not eq.

    i concur with my fellow board mates.
    success stories are few and far between with eq.

    if your looking for gains, quick and steady--deca --HOWEVER realize once you stop you will lose.

    I agree on the deca . Just a footnote to this I ran EQ once at a gram per week in conjunction with my standard hrt dose and saw no difference in size or strength. I did experience a slightly above average pump while working out, but I wouldn't inject a gram of something for something as trivial as a slightly better pump that goes away shortly after workouts end.
