Your other "problem" of being stronger than you look? Do you know how many seriously dedicated powerlifters there are that would kill to have this "problem"?????
You're probably not eating enough. I didn't count your calories for you (too vague), but it sure doesn't look like a lot to me. Ditch the mass-gainer for some leaner protein, you might as well just mix some cake mix in with your shake instead of buying mass gainers. Aim for at least 250grams of protein a day, maybe upwards of 300. Learn the macro breakdown of the foods you eat, and your shakes, and get good at the math. Many people screw this up.
But finally, your training is awful. Too many machines, too much upper body. Learn to squat properly (look up 'olympic squat'), and do it at least twice a week. For a natural lifter, you NEED heavy squats, and often. Almost as good as steroids. For the rest, as my trainer would say: "Bench, squat, deadlift. Assist with standing military press (barbell), barbell rows ('Pendlay' style), and powercleans (learn how to do them right). Assist those with front squats (olympic style), seated cable rows/lat pull, and incline bench press/DB press. FINISH with the arms and other little parts, dont build a split/program around them.
