    Do i need test ???

    hey, im 29 almost 30 have all the normal signs of low T,lack of energy all the time ,increase in injuries & muscle fatigue,slower recovery,low sex drive,joint pain & an overall ****ty feeling all the time ,symptoms have slowly gotten worse starting 3years ago. even with good diet rest & exercise no work stress. i need some help on what the blood test really mean as my doc just says your all good "its all in your head ".i did have alot blood work done but ill just put a few up if anything else is needed just ask. results ; total test =15.0 nmol/l SHBG = 25 nmol/l, free test= 349 pmol/l,FSH= 3 U/L , LH= 3 U/L ,TSH= 2.5 mU/L, IGF BP3= 160nmol/l, igf-1= 40 nmol/l . is this low? Thanks for your help !!!

    Well if your thinking of trt that is a serious life choice and should be done with a doctor to monitor.
    Just one cycle or two if test will not do much for your above symptoms.
    Have you tried better eating habits, exercise, and most important stretching

    Pug why don't you post this over in the TRT forum and put up full bloodwork with ranges. We can analyze it for you and help you out. We review BW all the time there. Without ranges we're just throwing darts here. Most doc's really don't understand hormone therapy and as long as your in range, even if at the bottom, your ok "according to them." I do see that your LH/FSH are low which impact your T production.

    As stated, post up full BW with ranges in the TRT forum and we'll break it down for you.
