I was somewhere around/below 170 lbs.I did however win my weight class. Did you realize I cut from 205lbs @ 6ft in 15 weeks? By the way that was 2009. I am still 6ft but I do weigh more than 222lbs now. Don't know if that makes me big or not. I hope you find what your looking for from this site. It has a wealth of information. There is a book you might want to check out of your local library. It's called How To Win and Influence People.

I hear so many guys say all the time "that guy's not that big" but they don't realize it's not size necessarily that wins competitions it's how lean you look. The pros spend a lot of time in the off season bulking but then cut and lean way out leading to a competition. Anyone who has seen Phil Heaths off season and right before a competition would appreciate it. Off season Phil is thick as a house, but months before a comp he drops bf and leans out which is what wins him the Mr. Olympia!!!

I bet a lot of guys would give their right arm to look half as good as you but don't have the damn discipline to get there. Posers!!!!!
