you are confusing HGH with steroids when it comes to the issue of closure of growth plates. I'm not aware that steroids will impact the closure of growth plates.
the issue with the growth plates and hgh is that your skeleton may continue growing by taking hgh. but if the process of bone plate closure has begun, then some bones may grow and others may not which could give you uneven growth. at 22, you are definately in the process of bone growth plate closure, presumably pretty near the end. i would NOT advise taking HGH at your age, due to risk, even though minimal.
