Calorie deficit while on cycle
I been thinking of this for a bit, but I don't know what it will do. Lets say you run just a test only cycle but instead of eating above maintenance you run at a lets say a 10% deficit. I understand keeping protein numbers high is still beneficial. But what if you cut down carbs, calories and fats?

Then you have a ''cutting cycle''
Do it right and you will add a little LBM while dropping b/f
I like var/tbol and prop for a cycle such as this, even throw a little t3 into the mix

From personal experience it has been extremely beneficial for me to eat below maintenance with my main goal being to cut. As long as you keep your protein high I believe you will be happy with your gains. The most important thing will be your diet and cardio regime.
I've tried to cut without AAS and I end up getting flat and weak and I hate that. Your BF% will drop at a higher rate then if AAS were not included.
I can't stress enough how important diet will effect all of this. While bulking you can get away with certain things obviously because you are trying to gain weight and can be a lot more relaxed on the diet. When cutting it needs to be clean as possible.
