    T4 converts to t3. T3 is better IMO don't need to take as much to get the same results the conversion rate from t4/t3 I think it's something like 33-40% conversion rate so if u take 100mcg of t4 you will only get 33-40mcg of t3

    If I'm wrong someone please correct me

    t4 is made for someone who has a messed up thyroid. it replaces it.
