I was wondering after DNP, the carb up phase begins.
I've read that from boards that ppl literally eat what they want.
I wanted to know how many kcals you should consume whilst carbing up for the 3 days?
Also, will this carb up result in weight being put back on? Also, will this be in the form of fat lost during DNP cycle
