    Cool Need critic on my perfect cycle!

    I am planning on starting a new cycle sometime around Mid Aug. I plan on running a four month cycle of TEST E , and EQ. I have done a previous cycle before of TEST and EQ of 1.5 cc's of both per pin with pins twice a week for three months. Had great gains and outstanding increase in all areas of strength. I am planning on running the same stack this time around as well just a month longer, however I would love to get an educated opinion if these dosage levels are on point or if I should increase. I currently at 5'10 and fluctuate around 185 with low body fat % give or take less or more a few pounds due to how hard I work out during the week. I want to maximize my stack experience and really kill it this time around. Any educated or professional opinions on dosage amount or cycle length I would greatly appreciate it.- Cheers

    what were your doses last time?(mgs not cc's). And what weight did you start at before first cycle? Id say you probably don't need to up the dose yet. Also what did you/do you have lined up for pct?

    I would not cycle at age 20 if I were you. Long term damage is very very likely. Please check the nutrition forum and have some pros critique your diet. You'd be amazed what you can do with food.

    I was doing 300 mgs of test and 300 mgs of EQ per week split up into two pins each week for three months. I started the cycle at 175lb then peaked at 195 after clomid and novadex pct I have maintained solid lean gains at 185. A good friend of mine in the bodybuilding community suggested that I up my dosage to 500mgs of test and 600 mgs of EQ per week split into two pins a week for a three month cycle. I would have clomid and novadex to pct with this time around as well. "AUSTINITE" to correct myself I am 24 and incorrectly put my age. Not sure how to mitigate that mistake on here but I will correct it. My diet has been solid and nutrition has been a key focus for me especially on my last cycle, thank you though for your input I greatly appreciate it. Does this up dosage seem to much? Any critic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

    You are to young to be cycling.And do to the health risks.We dont give cycle advice to anyone under 25.

    Sorry brother you only retained 10 solid lbs off your first cycle. Nice to have but you could have done that without gear for sure. If you want to get the most out of your cycle just hold off for a year and work on everything else first so that you are ready to truly reap the rewards. Even if you already have the gear you could prob put it in a cupboard and shouldn't expire anytime soon? good luck whatever you choose

    rSongdog, thank you for your concern. I appreciate it. However I am just looking for quality information to give me honest feedback. I understand you might be against this. However I am committed to it. I would greatly respect your personal opinion though on the matter rather than just not giving me advice. If it makes any difference to you I understand your concern, however it would really benefit me to get your opinion on the subject matter at hand. I am a grown man. Have cycled before with great results , just trying to get a good opinion. No disrespect. Just shooting it to you straight. Thank you though for your feed back. It is appreciated.

    I had changed up my training from weight lifting to cross fit competitions after my first cycle so my focus was on explosive/endurance . I consider my gains to be solid considering I changed up my training after cycle. I feel great. This time around I will greatly focus more on diet and power lifting to maximize my strength and mass gains. I am hoping to put much more on and keep more on this time around.

    my first cycle I had a crappy (but huge diet) and went from 150lbs to 190lbs, then back down to 180 after pct...then three months later back up to 190 were i've stayed for the last four years while working on improving body composition. I shouln't have cycled when i did without the proper knowledge. If I could have done it differently I would have waited and taken time to learn more and apply more. If you insist on doing another cycle and say your committed to it why not show everyone how committted you are to your diet and workouts and post it for us. I'd like to see an example of what you eat in a day, how much protien,carbs,fat,calories total....and what you lift in a week at least a basic outline of your trainning schedual. Then you might get more help on all aspects hopefully your cycle included

    If your gonna do this do it right. Take a multi vit twice a day, 300mg vit e twice a day, 1000mgs vit c twice a day, 600mgs coq10 twice a day, omega 369 twice a day, vit b-w00 twice a day, magnesium citrate 400mg a day and zma twice a day. Make sure your diet is good and drink 2 gallons of water a day. Whatever your test is for example 1000mgs a week you would do 600mgs of eq. Use that ratio and be safe.
