You should do a little more reading. The first and best place to direct you will be towards the diet and nutrition section. Learn how to eat right and you can make quantum leaps in your progression now!

    What are your stats?

    Height?
    Weight?
    Age?
    BF%?
    Training Experience?

Right now I'm not sure I would be to worried about "taking" anything, there's no magic pill!

Age would be nice to have before giving advice. I would say start looking at your diet and see what you can change and do your cardio. Visit the diet section.

if you want to lose weight fast, reduce your calories below your tdee (calorie deficit) and increase your cardio. the more you go in either direction (calorie deficit and cardio), the quicker it comes off.
    Cheers!

The vets are right Oz.....as always. Getting your diet in check and order is the best way to get fat down and lean muscle up.

If your body fat % is too high, many compounds will increase fat and those that don't could stress your heart because you are carrying extra weight.

Nothing tops a proper nutrition plan and it's the foundation for everything.
