    Tired on test

I just started on week four of my test e 500 a week cycle and lately have been feeling real tired as the day goes on, more than usual. I am also taking hcg 500 a week and liquidex .25 eod. Any ideas on what I can do to help get my energy levels up?

What's your diet like? Are you over training? Carbs are energy.

could be one indication your carb intake is too low.

You started running that adex from the beginning didn't you? I bet you have excessively suppressed your estrogen production. Estrogen is a necessary hormone in a mans body. On a lower dosed cycle of testosterone most people are not going to require an AI throughout the cycle at all. Much less the whole way. The first sign of excessive estrogen suppression if fatigue/lethargy.

No real way to know 100% without blood work. But if you backed off the AI for a couple days and didn't notice a difference in energy levels you aren't going to suddenly wake up with gyno or breast cancer. If you start to have tenderness or itching in your nipples use enough to stop those symptoms.

I know this goes against the generally accepted opinion around here. But there is a reason men have estrogen. It's because it is required for our bodies to function properly. You are better off with slightly elevated levels that do not result in unwanted side effects then you are with excessively suppressed levels. You are opening yourselves to a whole host of potential issues.

    Lethargy
    Elevated bad cholesterol.
    Lower good cholesterol.
Reduction in exogenous production of HGH.

    The list goes on.

I consider 500 mg a reasonably low dose for a cycle. I have AIs on hand but only use them when I need to. I can run a gram a week and seldom need a AI. Also, I once ran blood work during cycle. Running 750mgs/week. My estrogen levels came back in range. It was borderline high for a man. But still in range. That said everyone responds differently to these compounds and what works for me might not work for others. Especially if you are overweight. Listen to your body. It will tell you when things are messing up.

It's telling you something right now by your excessive tiredness. Just have to listen and figure out what the correct answer is.

Keep us posted. I feel the majority of test flu symptoms are really causes by suppressed estrogen levels.

My estro was at 2. And I was experiencing extreme fatigue. Should at or below 39. Today, I am at 20, and feel MUCH better. Still not quite where I need to be yet, but getting there.

Eat more complex carbs and good fats and get more sleep if you can.

I wouldn't take it at all for awhile unless you start getting estrogenic sides like itchy nipples. You'll start feeling better within 2 weeks if it was estrogen related. You need to let it clear and allow for time for aromatization to occur.

So dropped the liquidex, and upped the carbs, everything seems I be back in check. Now just need to clean diet up from yesterday's cheat day. Cheat days always make me feel so crappy and guilty. But thanks for the help, really appreciate it!
