    Overtraining while pinning

    Hey guys,

I know this has been touched on, but I could not find it while using the search (I may just be dumb)

I know over training is always a concern and it is important to know your body to know when this is beginning you occur. I have also read that people say get your routine in check prior to cycle which makes complete sense. My concern is on legal supps (pre workout and test boosters) I recover extremely quickly as in while I am still at the gym. There are times in finish my routine with the same if not more weight then I started with that was "heavy" MY friend always laughs at me yet hates me for the same time.

So I am assuming this is not going to change if only become more of the case once I start my cycle, so I am curious with proper nutrition and diet is the risk of over training the same as off cycle? I am just curious as this is going to be my first cycle and my numbers are probably going to be increasing over a quick period of time should I go home after I am done with my routine or is it ok to push myself till I am tired until I dial in what the proper weight will be to complete my routine.

    Thanks

You will recover even faster on cycle, so you can up your volume a bit, just listen to your body and know when is too much.

Yes you can, but its harder while on gear. Some people can train 3*a day 6 days a week others less. Just depends on what you can handle. Like above was said, listen to your body. Sleep and diet go along way for any training and well being.

    ^Couldn`t agree more

Listen to your body. I myself dont believe in over training if your nutrition and sleep is in check. I was doin 2 a days both on and off AAS for a while, with alot of sleep and good clean food.

Its still possible to overtrain while enhanced but you wont notice it until later in the cycle usually. Either take more rest days or cut back on sets.

I started lifting ( while on cycle) 6 days a week and I realized after a few weeks I was overtraining...

My job requires a lot of lifting, light and heavy, cut back down to 4 days a week and felt way better and stronger

I imagine if my job didn't require so much heavy lifting I would be able to lift more
