    TrenAce .75ED/test prop 1gED/ Mast .75gED ( got up to 196 and about 5-8% Bf)

    Taken some other cycles in the past.. Like Test E 275 Every 3.5 days ( first cycle)

    GOALS:

    #1 is should i even be doing crossfit while on Clen/t3/keto?
    I work hard while working out and hate doing cardio so crossfit allows me to do cardio.

    I want to get down to maybe liek 6-8% body fat, but also gain some size.. I know it will be hard to gain size.. but i would at least like to keep around 180+ thats why I am on Test Prop.

    Having no use for it, I'm not really super read up on T3 or Keto or Clen. I'm very interested to hear what the vets say, as I'm skeptical about you gaining mass on metabolizers / stims / whatever...

    Clen helps me with cardio, i breath better. Keto just allows you to run clen nonstop without cycling off. Ive never used t3 only because i dont want to mess around with my thyroid. So yes what you're doing will work.

    My heart is fine but doing such a high density work out.. Will or could I get a heart attack wit clen?

    Since it elevates your heart rate and increases your body temp

    I know my cals are a little low.. Was thinking about 3500 to put on about a pound a week, but I already feel I am high in protein and carbs and cholesterol in my diet... Maybe take my protein shake in the morning off? And take some kind of healthy fat? More olive oil or fish oil?

    Ive run clen and taken workout stems. I always use a heart rate monitor when using clen. It increases your body temperature about 1/2 a degree and raised my resting heart rate 15 or so beats.

    I use it while training in mma, running, sprints and such.

    I have taken clen also but was mild cardio. Jogging, elliptical... Never balls out for time

    I would hopw your training for some kind of high intensity endurance event? it seems to be a lot of stress on the heart to get in such suoerior cardio shape unless it for a goal then giving your heart and body a break........even if you are under 30 yrs of age you can have a heart attack.
    I wouldn't train like that yr around just breaking inbetween cycles.

    I havent done a cycle in like 2 years maybe more. Just started crossfit, personal trainer as a career and want to start doing crossfit games because I like the competition

    You can do 2wks on/off and repeat. If you plan on running clen straight through you need to use ketoflen. It keeps the receptors open to clen.
