#1 is should i even be doing crossfit while on Clen/t3/keto?
I work hard while working out and hate doing cardio so crossfit allows me to do cardio.
I want to get down to maybe liek 6-8% body fat, but also gain some size.. I know it will be hard to gain size.. but i would at least like to keep around 180+ thats why I am on Test Prop.
