Yep I'm a newbie with questions...

Ok, so I'm 32... Overweight/fat and have a love of sports and looking to do something to loose weight / gain the muscle back I once had in my younger days.

Have been doing some reading, but obviously not enough YET to get started.

It was suggested to me since I am overweight that I should start with Winstrol (sp?).

My reading on this is that its commonly counterfeited so unless a reputable place that who knows what your really getting. It will cut the water from your system which means I need to take something along with it or my joints will be sore. It will also hammer your liver so is there something I should take to help that out? I assume I should cut back on my beer intake?

That I should take the smaller dosages multiple times a day versus one 50mg per day, something like 10 when I wake up, 10 when I work out and 10 in the evening?

Will it fail me in a urine drug test for work?

While it seems that Winstrol may not be a good choice for athletes due to the possibilities of sore joints, I plan on starting/taking this in the fall thru winter and spring while I am not in sports and be ready to rock next late spring/early summer.

Is there anything else I should know about Winstrol?

Any other suggestions for a newbie?

    Thanks in advance....

You need to lose your weight by other means first. Juicing while fat is not a good idea due to added stress on your body and a higher possibility for side effects(Gyno).

It will not show up on a drug test.

But, you need to do a lot more research on what a 1st cycle should look like.

You need to diet down to at least 15% body fat. If this is your first cycle, run test for 12 weeks ad go on a calorie deficit. You can cut with test. Make sure to have a PCT and Ai. Research those. Good luck bro!

From my understanding, you can only fail the test if it's a steroid test. If its just a normal drug test, you should be good. Guys correct me if I'm wrong

    Welcome to the forum.

What is your weight, height and BF %?

I don't know who you are talking to, but winstrol (or any AAS) will do nothing over large layers of fat. Frankly, it could be dangerous if you are extremely overweight.

You really need to fix your diet and learn to love cardio. You can post your diet in the nutrition section and have the guys critique and tweak it for you.

Your body will gain weight and lose fat based on diet, not AAS. You've heard the saying "Abs are made in the kitchen"? It's true.

AAS does not show up on most drug tests, such as for new hires.

Diet is the cornerstone to everything. Without it nothing will work. Go to the nutrition section.

    Welcome aboard dude.

You stepped up to the plate, you swung and you missed big.

I can understand your frustration due to the fact that you're fat, so your road is going to be a bit longer, and taking shortcuts can be intriguing in that position.

Definitely go back to the drawing board on this one big guy.

    1) unless you have a health condition, you're fat because you're not training and you're not eating correctly. Steroids will not help you if you're not training and eating properly.

    2) I know you don't want to hear this because you're looking for a shortcut, but you need to go to other forums and educate yourself on the proper diet and supplements and training that will help you lose fat.

    3) I think the healthiest/best way to use steroids is when you're already in pretty good shape. It's healthier. You get more out of it and lowers the risk of bad side effects of steroids.

Glad to hear you're taking your health and your body in to your own hands. We are all here to help and wish you the best of luck. Herschel Walker was once a fat kid, turns out there was a world class athlete underneath that fat.

281 @ 5'11" is a bit. . . You need to find out what Bf% you are at. Then get a base number of weight you need to lose to get under 15%Bf. It sound like it is a bit.

Get on the weight loss before you consider juice or bulking up. We all know it sucks, but it is what it is.

I cycled with higher than 15% body fat, but you are over double 15%. The risk of sides is too much. Go get your testosterone levels checked by a doc. TRT may help you if your levels are low, and under a doc's supervision.

Agreed, see a Doc if you can and get a check up and blood work done/levels checked. Make sure everything is in normal ranges.
