    Cycle Critique

    Planning and testing my knowledge.

    Week 1-10 Test E 500mgs / week
    week 12-15 Novla 40/20/20/20
    week 12-15 Clomid 100/50/50/50

Will have AI on hand liquidex.

Need some help with the liquidex dosage and when to take it. I think i might be prone to gyno so I should probably dose it while on right?

Now with the PCT and AI, I will be ordering it from ar-r. So will 1 bottle of each be more than enough for my 4 week pct?

    Thanks.

I usually wait on the AI to see for sides first, especially on a mild cycle, but ya know, safety first, so austinite is right too

Why do you think you're prone to gyno?

If your prone or concerned about Gyno (who isn't ha) may want to introduce HCG during your cycle.

What is HCG and what does it do?

Its a peptide hormone. It will stimulate your nuts to produce test and keep them from shrinking during a cycle and also will aid in a faster recovery with out raising estrogen levels too high which can increase Gyno risk.

Judah, HCG will most certainly elevate estrogen levels and could lead to gyno. HCG should not be used for the purpose of preventing gyno. Use HCG to prevent testicular atrophy. this is why AI's are used during PCT when HCG is introduced.

HCG increases your test levels which can increase estro due to the aromatization of natural test, yes. Is atrophy not shrinkage, as i said? My point is getting your natty test back up and running will hellp with sides and also protecting gains. If there is alot of estro running around, does it not help to have your natty test up and running?

Did not mean to imply HCG prevents Gyno if that's what you mean. That is a role for SERMS while off and AI's while on.

Yes, I wasnt disagreeing with you regarding atrophy. I was just reinforcing it's purpose. I was just a tad alarmed with post # 5.

Anyways, my nads are swollen, im gonna go get an ice pack.

I thought I was gyno prone too. Had it when I was about 14 going through puberty. I did 500mg/week of test and then ramped it to 750mg/week of test. <-don't recomend that, I was impatient all it did was make sides worse.
But I ran .25 every three days at first. Then one day I felt my nipples getting itchy and sensitive, so I started
Taking .25mg every 2 days and after a week all was back to normal.
Just pay attention to your body and adjust.

i think i might be prone to gyno because i've always had a bigger chest compared to the rest of my physique and my chest has about a 1" gap inbetween the pecs.
