When I started the cycle I was 245lbs....and 33%bf. And as of yesterday I am 239 Lbs, 20% bf.
My stregnth tho - is where I grew the most. I dont have them all writtin down , but from memory these were my stats BEFORE starting.
Here is the highest weight I could do 10 reps with...
Bench - 125lbs
Dumbell Curls - 15lbs
Hammer curls - 25lbs
Push ups - 10 at most
Now - as of Last night in the gym
Bench - 285
Dumbell Curls - 45lbs
Hammer Curls - 60lbs
Push ups - I do 3 sets of 30 every day now...
SO - I would say so far Im happy!
I spent 2 years + on a hard core diet. So because of that - I was weak as shit! Its good to feel some muscle again!

Well your already finished with your cycle, but now looking back and looking at your numbers you def were not at any type of barrier in your training routine. Lol
This also goes to show how "bigger" guys can make alot faster stength gains...I've been lifting for prob 4 years and have one cycle and can only bench press prob 260lbs and that's max.
How tall are you btw?
But any way...congrats on the results, but now comes the hard part of keeping those gains...

Great to hear man. Big jumps in terms of bf loss and strenght gains. Prime example of what simple Test cycles can really do for someone. Keeping it simple goes a long way.
Did you start your cycle at 33% BF?? I thought you had to stay below 18% before starting on gear. What happens if you start cycling with high BF? Is it just the higher risk of estrogen sides?
Is it possible to negate the estrogen sides by using an AI such as adex, incase on has a high BF?
I'm prone to body acne...I would get a pimple here and there but nothing really major.
About week 8 I started to get patches of acne that were like 100 pimples really close together. It was gross looking.
I finished my cycle out an the acne cleared up some but my acne is still way worse then it was pre cycle.
I had been in the gym for about 2 years - but only cardio. I started at 351 lbs...and started my first cycle of Anavar when I was down to about 260....started the test at 245. Its hard tho - taking test and losing weight at the same time and building muscle. FOr me tho - I was sick of being fat and out of shape. SO i have motivation.
Thanks to everyone by the way for all the support and good words! My goal is to see 215lbs...so I have a long road ahead!
